Must visit – Shououji Temple in Okazaki city

As we posted before, one of the exciting spots in Okazaki is Matsumoto-cho.

There is a temple called “Shououji” where lord Ieyasu’s
father was buried. The grave is surrounded with a mud wallan earthen wall which was built in the Edo era. And there is a Torii gate still standing after number of years.
